Upgrade to Expession Web

I have Share Point Designer and Microsoft says I can upgrade to Expession Web
2 because Share Point Designer is now free. IF I am on the software Assurance
list. How do I know if I am on the list?

I also have a copy of Front Page (somewhere). Can I upgrade form either of
these applications? Who do I ask if I am on the Software Assurance list?

If your not on the list you can still get a significant discount (unless
Microsoft stopped offering it) when upgrading to Expression Web v2. I had
to buy v1 and then got a install code to make v2 run afterwards.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I was able to upgrade with no problems.
Expession Web 2 looks like Share Point Designer to me.
