Updates not displaying on my computer

When I update my site using FP2000 the OLD version seems to be stuck on my computer but displays the changes on others. Have tried all the usual tricks; DISK CLEANUP, DELETE FILES, even SYSTEM RESTORE to 2 months before I ever built the site. How (or where) do I get rid of the tag-along file?
