UPDATES ERROR "UNDEFINED"

When I select Updates a blank window appears with the heading Undefined. I
recently uninstalled Norton System Works and installed AVG anti-virus. I
also went into Registry and I may have deleted something I should not have.
Can anyone help me with this one?

Yes, Yes, Yes. You did it Ramesh! Your very first listing did it. At first it didn't work, but the next morning I retyped the 3 (regsvr32) in and it worked. (I typed them in wrong)
