Update Service Pack to 4

When updating Service Pack an error occurs after a
while. "A connection with the server could not be
established"

Is there somewhere I can download SP4 that does not
require a web connection during installation?

You can download the full install version from the Windows Update catalog

you're not familiar with the catalog).
