Update push causes windows firewall to turn on

At our office we have the firewalls turned off on the individual pc's - (we
have a corporate firewall). When I pushed the Ms Updates last night - I
found that even though we had the firewall turned off - after the push - it
was turned on! WHY??? Which update did it and how can I reverse it?????
