update problem

I do the microsoft updates usually but one doesn't seem to install for me it's:

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903)

This will only patch the MS .NET 1.1 Framework, if it is installed... do you have .NET installed?
Failing this - this patch is readily available to download seperately if needed.
