Possibly a corrupted download.

First, if it appears in the installed programs list, uninstall it. When you
click on "Add Remove Programs" you may have to check the "Show Updates"
checkbox to display them all.

You can download the update here and manually install it by itself.

Click the download button. When the dialog appears select "Save to Disk".
