Update KB832483 keep installing again and again!

I can't find anywhere a solution for this problem.I have Windows 2000 Pro and
although I have installed SP4 every time I turn on my computer it says that
there are new updates to install.The problem is that no matter how many times
I click to install them after 10 seconds it says that there are new updates.
I went to Nicrosoft Udate website and checked my history and I saw that all
updates I have installed have the number KB832483!Does this mean that I have
been installing the same update over and over?
Please help!
