Update for AVG 8.0 free

Just got the word that the free version of AVG 8.0 (sp1) will be updated in
the middle of July.

Just got the word that the free version of AVG 8.0 (sp1) will be updated

in the middle of July.

Will the updates be pushed as part of its self-updating system (which would
be nice), or will the users have to "pull" the updates (which is a pain, if
your grandparents live far away, and you anticipate _no_ success in walking
them through a download/install/reboot, over the telephone) ?

yes the update will be pushed through the updater and it will require a
reboot
but a message will pop up telling you will need to reboot
