There is a program (AOL) that launches everytime I boot up that I don't want
to launch upon boot up. I have checked for it's shortcut in the start up
folders under Doccument and Settings > Administrator, All Users and Paul
Rumbaugh and it is not there. I de-selected all refererences to anything AOL
under the start up tab in msconfig. Also, I turned off the internal switch
"Don't use any internet connections" under the AOL tray icon. Still, AOL
continues to launch upon boot up. I am using Win XP home edition with SP2.
So, where is the instruction to launch AOL upon boot up hidden? How do I
stop the launch of AOL?
