unwanted FOLDERS in XP (prog. files)

Anyone know if I (or how?) can delete the Folders "MSN Gaming Zone", "MOVIE
MAKER", "XEROX", and "NETMEETING" in the program folder ?
Are there other un-needed folders I can delete to simplify XP ?
