Unwanted Favorites

Recently some unwanted favorites have appered on my computer, i delete them from desktop, IE Favorites and Documents and settings, when i re-boot the comp thay are back again. I also downloaded software called Add-Ware 6.0 this does not get rid of these unwanted favorites. i cant let my children near the computer till this is sorted, PLEASE can someone help

Try Spybot Search and Destroy (google it, its one of the first options). It is like Adaware 6.0 but what Adaware doesnt pick up, Spybot does and vice versa

If that doesnt work, then there is a more complicated program but thats manual work!
