Unstriped Title Bars

You are seeing the "glass" effect. You see the desktop through the title
bar. Many consider it a likeable feature. Other than that, it is of no real
use and is to be considered "eye candy".

You can turn this off by using the Windows "Classic" theme.

Yes, I realize it's a glass effect. But I have seen screenshots
of earlier builds of Vista with quite a different glass effect.
I'd like a nice looking glass effect like that one, if possible.

E.g., like this:

Notice the title bar doesn't have the diagonal banding. Or, at
least, it's so subtle as to be unnoticeable.
