unread emails - highlight RED

Is there anyway that I can change the way Outlook shows unread messages?
Currently they appear bold but they seem to get lost in the number of emails
I have so I would like to change the colour of the unread emails to being red
in colour.

Can this be done?

View | Current View | Customize Current View .. look in Automatic
Formatting. Note that red is usually used for overdue when a follow-up is
set.
