Unpublished printers

I have 3 Win2K DC's hosting printers. Only one server
publishes them in Active Directory under the Printers
folder, but when you search for printers using the "Add
Printers" wizard, all 3 servers' printers show up. What
would be causing this problem? Where should I look to fix
this?

Because they're shared & you have browsing (NetBIOS over TCP/IP) enabled.
You're browsing, not just searching the directory. Is this really a problem,
or just more of a curiosity?

Well, we are in the process of disabling NetBIOS. However,
if we are unable to browse the network for printers this
could cause a problem since they don't show up in the
directory. So, at the moment, this could be just a minor
problem and more of a curiousity.
