Publishing Printers

I have created a Printers Containers for Active Directory. In the Printers
Folder, when I click on the option to "List In The Directory" for a printer,
the Printer never shows up in the Active Directory Printers Container.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I cannot add a printer to Active Directory
in the Active Directory MMC either.
