O/S Windows 2000 Professional SP4
When computer boots, an unknown PCI device is found and
the New Hardware Wizard is launched. No drivers can be
found for the device, and no external devices are
attached. Device Mngr shows it's location as PCI bus 0,
device 31, function3.
Additionally, The USB Controller shows up as an unknown
device, with location bus 0, device 29, function 7. If I
choose uninstall and reboot, it disappears.
