uninstalling ghost in vista

the thing is that I left ghost installed when I upgraded from windows XP now
that I'm in vista beta 2 I want to upgrade to RC1 but I need to uninstall it.
The problem is that vista doesnt let me do it. I need help

You could try installing then reinstalling.
Otherwise contact Symantec.

A Clean Installation may be necessary if no other way works.

In the future it is best to uninstall, not just disable, anything you or
Vista think may be a problem.

Ghost back to your image with XP and then install RC1. You don't need to
install Beta 2 and the product key is the same. Ghost shouldn't be present.
All your stuff is in WindowsOld....
