uniform graphic size

This may be a simple question but I don't know the answer to it. I have a
website with graphics at the top. In my web browser, they are the size I
would want others to see them in. If I look on other people's pc, sometims
the graphics are triple the size on their pc verses what I see with my
settings. Every brower seems to be different.
Is there a way to make the graphics a more uniform size regardless of how
the brower (or screen resolution...I don't know which one makes the
difference) is set up?

No. Graphics for the web don't scale or alter their size. A graphic that is
300 pixels wide is 300 pixels wide no matter what. If one user's monitor is
set for 640x480, it will appear far, far larger than a user who has a
resolution of 1280x1024. What you have to do is design your site so that
your layout remains relatively constant in relation to the various elements.
This gives you at least the ability to keep things looking good when viewed
at different resolutions. For example, you place your content into a
one-celled table that is set at a specific width. This keeps it from
stretching out in an odd way and keeps your layout relatively independent
upon monitor resolution. You can't help things from looking bigger or
smaller based upon the resolution, but you can help avoid them doing goofy
things by designing your layout appropriately.

Hope this helps,

from the Menu use Table Insert Table
In your case make it a 2 cell , 1 row table
- cell 1 470 px wide , cell 2 527 px wide, both 165 px high
