Unexplained Dialog

When I reboot my computer, out of nowhere the following dialog appears: "7f8.qttask.exe-No Disk. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR6". System used: Dell 8300, Windows XP Home, P4 3.06GHz, 1024 DDR SDRAM, two 120GB hard drives. Does anyone have any idea what this is and what causes this type of message to pop up out of the (apparent) nowhwere

I would like to know more about this too. I have come across it with three different applications: Real Player, Adobe Acrobat 5.0, and Spybot S&D. Help!!
