unexpected login error status 3221225506

We are using Novell 4.91 sp1 and getting an unexpected login error status 3221225506. It won't let me login at all.. I tried to use workstation only and it won't login to windows either. I tried administrator login also..

Got into computer thru safe mode but can't get there anymore either..

Has or is anyone else having this issue?
