Undeliverable: Not in list of allowed recipient hosts

I have 2 email accounts set up in Outlook. One is a "webmaster" account while the other is my regular account. When someone emails my "webmaster" account and I reply, the message immediately bounces back as undeliverable with the following message:
"553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanx!

Dear K(RESQ,

I had this problem once, it had to do with the company that holds our mail server. I simply told them of the problem and they were able to fix it right away. I know this is not specific, but hopfully gets you in the right direction. Sincerely, Johnathon
