First, if you don't know your way around the registry, then you shouldn't
trust a registry cleaner to provide this sort of information.
Secondly, follow the path to the key either from Root
<HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID> or here:
HKLM\Software\Classes\CLSID\{3DA165B6-CC41-11d2-BDC6-00C04F79EC6B}\ProgID
Thirdly, you will find that this is related to the Time Categorizer -
Shell32 reference for C# and VB.NET
I do not know why it is saying that - but if in doubt with such tools,
leave the entry concerned alone. It exists on my system, and appears to
be used internally by explorer
