Unblocking CTFMON.EXE

The description of CFTMON.EXE made it look like a spyware
program. I chose to block it on startup and after re-
reading the description, I wanted to unblock it. The MS
Antispyware program mentions security agents selection
but this menu doesn't exist anywhere. Any suggestions?
