Unable to Uninstall Program

I am trying to uninstall Norton Antivirus through Add
Remove Programs. After uninstalling and re-booting, the
program still shows up in the list of programs installed.
If I try to reinstall Norton using the InstallShield
wizard, it gives me an option to remove the program or re-
install the program. If I try to remove, it does
nothing. If I try to reinstall, it says the InstallShield
was interupted and was unable to complete the install.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Remove it from the list manually, using tip 34 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at
