Unable to run Web Services after .NET framework SP1 update

Hi all,

After installing SP1 for .NET 1.1 framework, I am no longer able to run
any web service on my pc.
I'm getting an error message telling me that the ASPNET user does not have
access to the 'Temporary ASP.NET Files' directory.

I've checked, and the ASPNET user has been granted full access to the path.

It looks like the ASP.NET service never starts.

Have anybody else experienced this problem?
