unable to replicating Domai Controllers

I have two DC, one Win 2000 and one 2003 that are both in the same domain and
shown an automatic replication schedule inside AD Site and services for each
server; however, when I check AD users and computers I see different OU
setups for each DC, So if I hit replicate now from the 2000 PC, I get a
message that AD replicated the connection, but if I go to the 2003 DC and hit
replicate now on the automatic one for the other 2000 DC, I get an error
message that an error occured during thhe attempt to synchronize naming
context. The target principal name is incorrect. And both DC still have
different OU structures. Anyone have any ideas.
