DC login scripts not replicating

I have a fairly simple windows 2000-NT network, 5 2000 servers and 1
NT server. I am having a replication problem with login scripts. If
I modify a script on any server other than the DC, all the 2000
servers are updated with the exception of the DC. If I modify a
script on the DC it doesn't update anything else. I can understand
the NT server not replicating but does anyone have any idea as to why
my DC will not replicate this information with the other servers and
the others with the DC? In help is greatly appreciated.

I am a little confused. Usually login scripts are changed on domain
controllers. If I understand correctly you have a combination of Windows
2000 domain controllers and a Windows NT domain controller. If this is
correct then the file replication on Windows 2000 is different from Windows
NT. Windows 2000 does not support windows NT 4.0 directory replication.
If you wish to replicate the scripts you can follow Microsoft Knowledge
Base article 248358 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=248358)

Sorry for the confusion, the Win NT is a BDC for what was an all NT
network. All other PDC's and BDC have been upgraged to windows 2000.
I can handle copying the netlogon info to the nt machine.

But my problem comes in that all the windows 2000 severs do not
replicate the logon scripts. If I modify a script on the windows 2000
server which holds all FSMO roles it does not replicate to the other
windows 2000 servers. But if I put it on a different windows 2000
server which is also a DC it will replicate the scripts to all the
other windows 2000 servers except the server that holds the FSMO
roles.

Check the event log on the server that is not replicating. You will more than
likely see lots of FRS errors that will help pinpoint the problem.
Is this server pointing to the same DNS server(s) as the servers that are
replicating?
