Unable to read emails in outlook btr2

Unable to open email in Outlook Beta. Each time I click on the left window,
I receive a message saying:

"This message w/restricted permission cannot be viewed in the reading pane
until you verify your credentials. Open the item to read its contents and
verify your credentials"

I CANNOT open the file. I need some HELP!!! What have I done wrong???

How did you get a beta version of Outlook? I am sure that the beta program
you are using told you how you are supposed to get support for this beta
product.

It certainly 'aint through posting to a publically available newsgroup about
spyware.

I did. You didn't answer my question about how you got the beta version of
Outlook.

If you got it from a legitimate source, they would have told you where to
get your support from. Typically, it is from a private newgroup, forum or
blog.
