Same problem, new thread.

Outlook will NOT print HTML formatted messages. Pops up
an empty printing status window, then bombs out with an
error:

[Error]
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line: 1343
Unspecified error.
[Yes] [No]

I'm not the only person this is happening to, there have
been multiple threads in this forum about it. All I want
is someone from Microsoft to admit this is a known issue
and that at least they are 'working' on a fix for it. I
had to format and re-install to get it fixed on one
machine, I can't do that for all of my machines. If this
continues, I'll just switch to a different e-mail client
and drop MS office. It's not worth the hassle anymore.

To fix it? I uninstalled Office 2003 and installed
OpenOffice.org 1.1.
