unable to open/save attached zip-files

Two of my users have recently become unable to open or save attacged
zip-files. They get errormessages saying that the file can't be saved. When
trying to save to My documents they are told that they are not allowed to
save files in the directory.

If they usse Outloo Express instead everything works, as it used to do in
Outlook. They can also save other documents in My documents.

Our recommended way is that the users chose to open the attached file, which
is usually distributed once a day. But opening the file is als not possible
in Outlook, only in Outlook Express

Post the version of Outlook and the EXACT text of the error messages.

It's the Swedish Standard version of Outlook 2002. I don't have the problem
on my own PC so I can't easily supply the exact text of the Error message.
And if I could it would be of no use as it's in Swedish. But the essence is
that the user is not entitled to save files in the directory.

I also asked Winzzip about it and got a suggeestion which I'm going to try
next week. If it does not help i will have to find a way to ask in Swedish so
that the error message will be meaningful.
