Unable to open pdf files online

Hi I hope someone can help me?

I am having problems opening pdf files in the browser
window, all I get is a blank page with a little cross in
the upper left corner.

I have the latest version of IE, and the newest Adobe
Acrobat reader....what is the problem here..?

I found the problem, it was a language conflict...all
sorted now. Thanks for your help..
