unable to login to site

i am unable to login to secure site from my bank to email
everything works al right till i type in my login and
password and press enter and then page cannot be displayed
each and every time. i have tried adjusting the cookies
and security seting and even tryed reinstalling 1e6 but it
wouldnt let me. what do i do. please post or send to

You don't say what OS?

In Internet Explorer -
1. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
3. Make sure that the two boxes are checked that say
"Enable SSL 2" or "Enable SSL 3".
Try your secure sites.

Another thing you can try is:
Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK
