Unable to join PC to new Domain

I need to know how can I get the Netlogon services
restarted on this WIN200 PC.
Error began occurring after I joined the PC to a workgroup
from a domain, then trying to re-join back to new domain.
I have run virus scans, nothing found. Need Help. I don't
want to re- install operating system, if possible.
Error from Workstation:

Have you deleted the machines previous domain account from the server?
