Unable to display Inbox

Hello. When a user clicks on Inbox, they receive an error saying, "Unable to
display folder." She can view e-mails in her other Mailbox folders, but just
not in Inbox. This is the case whether she's in Mail or Folder List view.
We've tried deleting and recreating her Outlook profile, but that didn't help
either.

Try opening outlook with outlook /resetfolders from the run command box under
start menu.
outlook /cleanviews is also worth a try.

Also if you open the pst or ost in another profile are you able to see the
mails under inbox?
