Display Inbox only

Hello,

What is the best way of displaying the Inbox folder only within a
mailbox? For example when opening an alternative mailbox, if you only
need to view the Inbox and don't want other folders such as Sent Items
/ Calendar / Contacts appearing?

Many Thanks,

Michael

I just go to File -> Open -> Other User's Folder, enter the name of the user
and choose Inbox (default).

Hi Domenic,

Can you do something similar while leaving the shortcut to the Inbox
within the l.h folder view?

Thanks very much

I don't think this is possible, but OL2003 leaves recently opened folders on
the Open menu for easy access.

The other option is to display the entire mailbox in the folder list and add
the Inbox to your Favourites.

The option you choose really depends on what it is you're trying to achieve.

You can use the Shortcuts in Outlook's Navigation Pane to show whichever
folders in whatever order you like.

Thankyou very much Judy & Domenic,

Using Outlook Favourites did the trick for us.

Cheers
