Unable to delete temporary cd after aborting cd burning

I am unable to delete temporary cd after cancelling cd burn. There is one
file which went I try to delete it generates the following message:

.... access denied... disk may be full... or write protected. Make sure not
in use...

I deleted a whole slew of files but this one is the only one I cannot delete.

Any clues on how to resolve the issue>
