UNABLE TO CREATE A DOM DOCUMENT

When opening CorelDRAW 12 I get the following error:
"Unable to create a DOM Document. Class not registered. Verify that MSXML4
is installed."
Can anyone please help?

I've been working with CorelDraw Tech Support for three days with no
results.

Corel Draw is not Windows XP.
Corel Draw is not a Microsoft product.

If you took your Ford F150 to a Dodge dealer for warranty work, they would
tell you "go to Ford for Ford warranty work".

Similarly, you have taken your Corel Draw to a Microsoft dealer for warranty
work, where the response is
-- "go to Corel for Corel warranty work".

I had an error on Corel Draw X3
Saying Unable to create DOM document. Class not registered. Verify

A friend found this link and sorted it out.
