unable to connect to VNC with NetGear switch

I have a NetGear FWAG114 firewalled switch that is blocking outgoing
connections to VNC servers and am unsure how to change this.

I tried adding VNC (UDP/TCP port 5900) as a service and then tried
adding that serivice to the Rules, but despite having done that, I'm
still unable to connect to VNC servers.

Any ideas as to what I do need to do?

You may want to use the range between 5800 to 5900.
