unable to browse internet, but connect to the internet via PPPoE

Hi!

I have a problem, with my notebook. I have ADSL
connection to internet (PPPoE), I could ping some sites
in command window, but I couldn't browse webs sites, and
read my mails over POP3. My ISP checked everything, and
say I have a TCP/IP protocoll problem on my Notebook. I
have WinXP Prof!

Thanks! But I try these things. TCP/IP working http and
pop3 not. hmmm.
