UML tool for vb.net

Hi there

Could anybody suggest a good UML tool for use with VB.net ?

I need to be able to make use-cases, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and
stuff like that.

If the tool can output VB.net code it would be great, and even better if it
also detects changes in the VB.net code.

Preferably a free tool, but if that is not possible a cheap one

I use Enterprise Architect from Sparx Systems.

www.sparxsystems.com

It's not free, but the price is excellent for what it does. It understands
VB.NET, and will integrate with VS.
