Two Sound Cards - Only One Ouput

I have two sound cards in a PC and they both work fine. I can go into Control
Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices - Audio and select one of them under Sound
playback - Default device and then all Windows sounds and music are output
through the selected sound card.

However, I want both sound cards to output simultaneously. I can't see any
settings to allow this (or to disallow it). I've tried googling for help with
now luck.

Any ides?

Thanks, but I need the same output from both sound cards. I'm not to fussed
about Windows noises, but I need whatever is playing in Media Player or Media
Centre to be output from both sound cards in parallel.
