two pcs on the same network, but

Two pcs running on XP on the same network have internet connection.
Network places of one pc shows both pcs on the network.
But the second pc does not show the first pc, and obviously not networked
Please show me how to solve this.
Both pcs were networked and working, but somehting happedned.

This is more frequently caused by either a personal firewall, or an
inconsistent NetBT setting.

To diagnose the problem, look at logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig /all",
"net config server", and "net config workstation", from each computer. Read
this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download
browstat!):

Thanks, the problem is solved after Live One Care Firewall setting was changed.
