two computers not networked wanting to use Outlook for same email

I have two computers in my office that are not on a network. I use Outlook
to organize my boss' info and email. She would like to be able to look at
outlook from her computer and check her calendar and contact and be able to
put notes in there. Can I set up outlook to work using the same profile and
email accounts without messingup my outlook account? My worry is that I
won't get all emails and info on mine which is the more important computer.

I don't understand the "not networked computers" and the connection to
your Outlook question?

Regarding Outlook accessing the same email account; if it's a POP3
account, set your boss' Outlook to leave a copy of the email on the
server. If it's an IMAP (or Exchange Server) account, then you don't
need to worry about.

Now, how can a non-networked computer ever get any mail at all? Without a
network connection, it can't access any mail servers.

What I mean is that we are not on a netwerok where I can see information on
her computer nor can she look at stuff on mine. So what I was getting at is
if I put an appointment on her calendar on my computer is there a way she
will be able to see it on her computer? And will she be able to see any new
contacts I add? If not how do I do that?

If you're not on a shared network, there's no way for you do anything with
her calendar, so I don't see how you can say you put an appointment on her
calendar. If you can access her calendar, then obviously you must be able
to access either her computer on the network or you're accessing data on a
shared resource.
