One account, two computers

Hello, I am an intern in a company that just started using Outlook. I am
using my boss' old computer, so her Outlook account and mine are both on this
comp. She is now using her account on a new laptop.

I am in charge of setting up Outlook: organizing her contacts, sharing
access from her account to mine, etc. I have been logging out of my account
and into hers on the same comp in order to make changes. However, she is not
getting some of the changes I've made to the computer on her laptop. We're
on an Exchange server.

Two little glitches:
I created a signature for her emails that I can see in her account on the
comp, but she's not seeing on the laptop.
I created new contact groups for her; I can send group emails from her comp
account, but she can't from the laptop (although the contact groups did
transfer).

Is this because we are accessing the same account at the same time? Is
there any way to bypass this?
Thanks!!

signatures are stored on the local computer, so you need one on the laptop too.
she sees the group on the laptop, what exactly happens when she tries to
send to send to it?
