TV Media Adware

There's this adware that I can't seem to remove. It's
called TV media. It says it can't be deleted because it's
in use. I used task manager, and everything was already
shut down. The adware still won't go away. I've used a
bunch of spyware and adware removal programs but none of
them was able to remove it. I couldn't even quarintine
it. Please help. This is ruining my computer.

login in safe mode (f8 at boot) and use xteq to find any
startup crap, kill any service (control panel, services)
that seems related to crapware, etc. If a service is
started, you cant delete the exe for it until you remove
the service, and typical bad ones won't let you kill them
any other way than the safe mode thingy.

Chris my problem is in TV Media too and a friend tried to
manually remove it and can't. I ran adaware and
spysweeper and that doesn't help. Have you received any
help yet, I just posted my problem a few minutes ago.
