TV Display using S-Video

I have a Rock Sigma, and when using Windows 98, I had an option in "Display
Modes" to change from "LD2" to "TV2", which then enabled my laptop screen to
be displayed on the TV via an S-Video cable. In Windows XP I don't have this
option in Display Modes, and am thus unable to get any display on the TV.
Any suggestions?

You need the properly updated "driver" files for the Video card. Start with
the manufacturer of the Laptop's website, then move on to the manufacturer
of the Video cards website.
