Tsc.exe

I chaged the drive letter of my memory stick drive from I to E. There is an
error message as below at Windows start-up. Can someone tell me the
function of tsc.exe and possible fix to this issue.

Tsc.exe - No disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive
\Device\Harddisk1\DR3.
