TS Timeout Session Issue

I have a Win2K Server running TS in remote admin mode. I
have 2 admins loggin into this server. I have set the
idle timeout to never and the disconnected session reset
to 1 minute. One admin keeps saying he is getting timed
out, but when I look on the server it still show him
logged in. The other logs out, but then can not get back
in because her session is still active. She is clicking
start - shut down - logoff, but her session is not
clearing out. ANy Ideas?

The admin who is getting timed-out: check if it isn't the screen
saver that is kicking in.
The admin who can't end her sessions: what status does the session
have when she has logged off, active or disconnected? Are there any
processes still running in her session?
