TS + roaming terminal users profiles

Hello.
Can anyone please help me in this
I have a W2000 domain controller and a W2003 terminal server
I want to configure roaming terminal services profiles for the terminal users. I have defined a terminal services profile and home folder for each user in a shared folder of a fileserver. That works ok.
But, I need to redirect the "My Documents" folder in a shared location. I used the group policy of an organizational unit (OU) where I moved the users but it doesn't work
Can anyone help how I can achieve that
Thanks in advance

In each user session under his owner profile click right botton on "my
documents", properties->moves->target.

thanks for replying me. The way you described is good but I need to perform this task for every user after logging as himself. Have you any idea how to do this more centrally for example through policy or a script etc. for every terminal user
Thanks in advance.

I'm working on something almost identical to this but don't think I've gotten as far as you have. I'm also trying to limit the roaming profiles so that they don't apply to the rest of the machines in the domain, but tried putting the Terminal Servers in their own OU and gave them their own policy. gpresult seems to show that both the users' GPO and the Terminal Servers' GPO are getting applied. I'm guessing in my case that there are two sets of users and computer settings from the two GPO's (plus all of the local stuff) that's causing the problem. Hope some of that helps.

We are doing something similar to this, but we have a MSCS cluster setup
specifically for profiles...Anyway, we created an OU/sub-OU where we placed
our TS boxes, and created a GPO there, that we want to take affect for all
users that logon to those servers, but only when they are logging on to
those servers. We turned on loopback processing for the GPO on the OU and
that is working great for us.
